R. David Jones, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Jones grew up in Santa Rosa and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. He attended the University of California School of Optometry and later returned to Sonoma County to practice optometry in 1974.

Teaching was also an interest as he taught in the Optometry School at Berkeley for over twenty years, as well as being an Associate Clinical Professor.

He is a member of AOA, COA, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Jones is a past VSP board of directors. He has been a clinical investigator for contact lens complications and has lectured on many optometric topics. He is currently the Chief Volunteer Officer for Sonoma County Family YMCA.

Dr. Jones is married to Karen Jones and has two daughters. When not involved in Optometry, Dr. Jones enjoys outdoor sports, flying, classic cars, and wine making.

Victor Bautista, O.D.

Dr. Bautista graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry. He attended San Diego State University and received his BA in Biology.

Dr. Bautista was honored for his thesis work in Comparison of Spanish-speaking optometrists, professional interpreters, and ad-hoc interpreters on communication with monolingual Spanish-speaking patients.

Dr. Bautista is certified in Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT).

He is a member of The American Academy Of Optometry, American Optometry Association, California Optometric Association, and AOA-Political Action Committee.

Dr. Bautista enjoys soccer, racquetball, and hiking as well as volunteering his time to serve under-served patients in Thailand.
